# Soul Massage Head Spa

> Women-owned massage, Japanese-style head spa, and facial studios in the north Puget Sound area of Washington. A family business founded in 2021. Four locations: Mill Creek (the original studio, 2021), Everett (flagship), Kirkland, and Lynnwood. Every store is open 7 days a week. Pay cash and every service is $10 off, combo packages $10 to $30 off — the Signature Head Spa is $78 cash / $88 card for 60 minutes. Group head spa bookings for 5 to 10 guests at one studio, priced per person. All treatments take place in private rooms that are not shared with other guests. Gift certificates sold through Square.

One brand, four studios, one menu. Head spa treatments use Milbon products and finish with a Dyson blow-dry and Moroccan hair oil; facials use Comfort Zone. Massage covers Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, four hands, hot stone, cupping, CBD (250 mg THC-free hemp-derived CBD per 2 oz bottle), and clinical car-accident / PIP massage. All hours below are Pacific Time.

- Online: Mill Creek, Everett, and Kirkland each have their own Setmore page; Lynnwood books through Fresha (all links above).
- Phone or text: each store has its own number. If a call is missed, text the service, party size, and preferred time.
- Walk-ins welcome at all four stores.
- Group head spa: 5 to 10 guests at the same time at one studio. Book online (Setmore, or Fresha for Lynnwood) or call/text the store. Weekend groups: book a few days ahead. Weekday groups: one day ahead usually works, same-day often possible — call to confirm. Head spa is priced per person with no group rate and no group discount: 5 guests = 5 × $78 = $390 cash, 6 = $468, 8 = $624, 10 = $780.

Three session lengths x three terms — quarterly card = 4 sessions, half-year = 8, annual = 14. 60 min: $318 quarterly (before $420), $600 half-year (before $840), $980 annual (before $1,470). 90 min: $438 (before $540), $840 (before $1,080), $1,400 (before $1,890). 120 min: $598 (before $700), $1,160 (before $1,400), $1,960 (before $2,450). Every session on a package includes essential oil or hot stone free. The card can be shared with family and can be started the same day it is bought. Ask the front desk for term and redemption details.

## Policies

- Cancellation: 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No cancellation fee — Soul does not keep guest cards on file.
- Payment: cash preferred ($10 off every service, $10 to $30 off a combo package). Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted at the card price shown on the menu. HSA and FSA cards accepted at the front desk of all four studios. Itemized superbills issued on request for therapeutic massage. No cash refunds — refunds are issued as service credit.
- Privacy: every treatment is delivered in a private room that is not shared with other guests. Couples and pairs get a private room with two tables.
- Insurance: superbill only. Soul does NOT bill health plans, is not in-network, and is not contracted with any insurer. The guest pays at the studio and receives an itemized superbill for qualifying therapeutic/medical massage, which the guest submits for reimbursement themselves. Coverage and eligibility are determined by the guest's own plan, not by Soul, and Soul cannot verify anyone's benefits. No insurer is named. This applies at all four studios, not Everett alone.
- Booking: no referral, prescription, or doctor's note is required to book a massage at Soul. Book online, by phone, or walk in. A Letter of Medical Necessity, when one is needed, is the guest's plan or HSA/FSA administrator's requirement for reimbursement — never a Soul booking condition. Guests with coverage questions should call their own plan; calling a studio is for asking about the superbill or what the receipt will show.
- HSA / FSA: cards are accepted at the front desk of all four studios. Eligibility is set by the plan administrator; HSA or FSA spending on massage usually requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from a doctor. Relaxation services (head spa, facials, combo packages) are generally NOT HSA/FSA-eligible — the claim applies to therapeutic/medical massage only. - Car accidents: clinical car-accident / Personal Injury Protection (PIP) massage runs through the Everett studio, (425) 948-5868, and the Mill Creek studio, (425) 608-9019, billed to an open claim on a Washington auto policy. PIP is auto coverage and is separate from the health-plan and benefit-card routes above.
- Minors welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Men and children welcome.
- Arrive 10 minutes early; late arrival shortens the session. Tips are customary and not included.
